This is just a small sample of my work, sorted by year – a “best-of,” if you will. It’s definitely an interesting study of my evolution in style from year to year, and I feel that it covers the gamut of wedding styles from portraiture to photojournalism. In my humble opinion, I think that the key to being a great wedding photographer is possessing a mastery of all of the different shooting styles. One should be as well-versed in taking pictures of people as taking pictures of flowers, buildings, and other details. One should also be adept at understanding light and using it to your full advantage, whether it be sunlight, diffused light, or artificial. As I grow as a photographer, my knowledge increases, and my portfolio becomes much more diverse. Through these galleries of photos, I am hopeful that you connect to my wedding style, which is ultimately the telling of your love story through moments frozen in time.
